While on interviews, you are expected to present yourself in a prompt, professional manner.

After leaving the interview with a client, you are expected to call us an provide feedback on the interview:

1. Is the position right for you?
2. How do you feel the interview went?
3. What is the next step with the client?

Honesty and integrity are a must. We will be completely up front with you and ask for you to do the same. We need to understand the following:

1. Prior work experience
2. Accurate past earnings
3. Commitment level to the position

If you are offered another position while interviewing with any of our clients, please inform us! This will allow us to expedite things, not waste your time or ours, and allow us to inform our clients.

All contact should be directly with our recruiter, unless explicitly directed by us.

A majority of our business is obtained through referrals of either candidates or clients. Any referrals to a client for the position you are interviewing for, or any other positions within this firm, or other firms, should be given directly to the recruiter. Any and all referrals are certainly appreciated!

Before attending a final interview with our client, you should be in a position to accept their offer.
