Gene is the newest member to the team and comes to us from
the United States Air Force where he achieved the rank Senior
Master Sergeant. Gene is a native of Pensacola, FL and resides
in NJ. While in the Air Force, he earned an associate degree
in Logistic Management and a Bachelor of Science degree
in Occupational Education. During his military career he
worked in several areas including Air Operations, Specialized
Training, Transportation and Logistics. Since transitioning
from the military he has worked positions in sales, and
operations and management.

- Mr. Brooks has over 10 years of engineering, management, and executive search experience. After serving in a variety of engineering and management positions in the Air Force, Todd discovered the staffing profession. His staffing clients soon discovered Todd's knack for recruiting blue chip technical talent. He co-founded, ARMTECH, a technical staffing company specializing in recruiting, screening, and placing the most skilled managers and technicians leaving the military service into Fortune 500/1000 companies such as Rolls Royce, Cintas, General Electric, Callaway Golf, Tyco, and United Airlines. He later co-founded Morrelle Technical Search, a national company specializing in providing technical staffing solutions, consulting, staff augmentation, and contract engineering services. A California native, Todd is a distinguished graduate from the United States Air Force Academy and earned an MBA from Golden Gate University.

- Donna has a very entrepreneurial background and has built and sold a very successful cleaning service for business' and homes. Donna brings excitement, enthusiasm, and high energy to the Diversity Leaders team. Donna has four children and lives in Willow Grove, PA.

- James A. Link is the General Manager of DiversityLeaders.net. DiversityLeaders.net is a Staffing and Human Resource Development, Training and Consulting Firm. DLN specializes in SRE's Special Recruiting and Diversity Recruiting Events as well as high volume recruiting. Jim has been in the Human Relations/Recruiting field for over 16 years.
A native of the Philadelphia area, Jim graduated from Pennsylvania State University and, after working at Bell Atlantic, founded PDI and CEM. Jim founded Center for Employment Management, Inc (CEM) and started operations in 1993. CEM is a consulting, recruiting and staffing organization. CEM was one of the fastest growing companies in Philadelphia in 1997 and 1998 as noted by the Philadelphia Business Journal. CEM recruits and places former military leaders into Corporate America in disciplines such as logistics, operations, warehousing, consulting, finance, sales, manufacturing, distribution, production and information technology. CEM has four regional offices located primarily on the East Coast. Prior to starting CEM, Jim was President of the Professional Development Institute, a career counseling certification organization. He is a certified career counselor and has conducted over 250 Hiring Conferences, Special Recruiting Events (SREs) throughout the country for numerous Fortune 500 firms.
James is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is also the Regional Chairman for EMA Employment Management Association for the Northern NJ region. Jim is also an advisor to Staffing.org, a global web based organization that helps people and companies improve performance through measurement.

- Ray has been in the recruiting industry for 6 years. He brings an array of experience to the organization. Ray represented a Teamsters Union at a very young age while working in production for one of the largest publicly traded Steel Companies in the world.
His business acumen from the union made it an easy transition to the corporate world. He started in the Executive Search industry as a Research Associate and quickly became an Executive Search Consultant taking on the responsibilities of business development and account management. Ray has managed accounts with Fortune 500 companies such as Euler American Credit Indemnity, Ernst & Young, Deloitte & Touche and Schering Plough. He prides himself on sourcing, screening and qualifying outstanding sales candidates, and building relationships with our clients.
